BUSH BARBEQUE


Desert tomatoes gathered in Australia’s centre, mountain pepper from the south east and red gum honey from inland waterways, together with premium Australian tomatoes and selected spices, combine in this rich, tangy pour-over sauce.

Add to your favourite stirfry, or simply pour over your favourite meat after cooking.

IRONBARK HONEY AND CHILLI


The towering Eucalypt forests of the Victorian goldfields are where the Ironbark thrives. The honey from its blossoms is light, sweet and with a delicate fragrance. Combined with indigenous spices and mild chilli, it makes a delicious sauce for dipping, stir-frying or glazing roast meats.

MACADAMIA SATAY


The macadamia nut, native to Australia's subtropical hinterland, is arguably the world's finest tasting nut. Combined with honey, coconut and indigenous spices, it makes a delicious marinade or sauce, perfect for satays, stir-fries; or for a uniquely Australian touch to your next BBQ.

For a dip with a difference, combine Wild Harvest Macadamia Satay with yoghurt and garnish with spring onions.

NATIVE PLUM


The mild, fragrant flavour of Australia’s native plums is now enjoyed by Australians as it once was by indigenous coastal tribes of eastern Australia. Combined with Satsuma plums and native spices, their unique flavour makes a deliciously fruity and fragrant meat marinade.
